Role & responsibilities

Plan and deliver
age-appropriate, engaging lessons
aligned with the
Cambridge Early Years Curriculum
Create a
safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
for young learners
Foster
social, emotional, cognitive, and language development
through play-based learning
Design and use
creative teaching aids
, storytelling, rhymes, and activities
Observe, assess, and document students progress regularly
Maintain
individual student portfolios
and assessment records
Collaborate with curriculum coordinators and fellow teachers for lesson planning
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and well-being
Ensure classroom discipline while promoting
positive behaviour
Participate in
school events, training sessions, and workshops

Preferred candidate profile

Trained and experienced in
Cambridge / International Curriculum (Early Years)
Strong understanding of
Early Childhood Development
Passionate about working with
pre-primary children (2.55 years)
Excellent
communication skills
in English
Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and child-centric approach
Ability to integrate
activity-based and experiential learning
Comfortable using
digital tools
and teaching resources
Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset
