Role & responsibilities Order Login and Order processing on time by proper follow up with Lixil Company and Payment update and followup of Lixil Company Properly checking of Red flag and Drawings and DP and give CP confirmation to Lixil Company Preparing Sales Invoice and Sales order booking in TALLY ERP as per work order with senior management sign, Submitting to Sales/Estimation department SO to be generated Weekly ( For CASH and Online as well) As per the WCS when you prepare a excel for order process cross check Colour, size, design with the final approval sign of Sales person and Site Engineer (Responsible person) Responsible for Email Format of WCS to Clients Preparing Proforma Invoice Bills in Excel format Tax Invoices Preparation and Tax Invoices ( Extra Copy) Submiting to Accounts Department and Update and send weekly sheet on Group of Payment Update of Payment processed and reply on group once Receipt of payment received. Update of Payment of LIXIL Daily on Group includes Login, Process, Dispatch and Remarks. Purchase bills of Lixil checking and Submitting to accounts department Purchase order (PO) and Revised PO preparing and maintaining records filling in Tally ERP with senior management signl Coordinate with Sales and Execution team and Keep taking daily follow up (Login, process on time) Maintaining Weekly Review Report and daily timing and working update on group.
