Sales Executive/Business Development associate: Job Description: Sales Executive Responsibilities: · Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. · Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. · Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. · Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. · Managing the sales process through specific software programs. · Building and maintaining a CRM database. · Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. · Participating in sales team meetings. · Generate new business opportunities and Master how to get construction leads and implement a lead generation strategy in. · Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community. · Master the construction sales process at their company. · Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project. · Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory. · Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements. · Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals. · Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities. · Maintain acceptable profit margins. · Follow up on all outstanding RFP’s and estimates with clients. · Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year.
