Key Responsibilities: Create a joyful and engaging classroom environment where children feel safe and motivated to learn. Teach with clarity, creativity, and enthusiasm , adapting lessons to suit each childs learning pace. Provide individual attention to students, ensuring no child is left behind. Use interactive methods, play-based learning, and real-life examples to make lessons meaningful. Encourage children to develop good habits, social skills, and respect for others . Identify students strengths and weaknesses, offering timely support and guidance . Communicate regularly with parents about academic progress, behavior, and emotional well-being. Be a role model of kindness, patience, and discipline , setting the right example for children. Work closely with colleagues to design innovative and child-friendly teaching strategies Skills & Attributes Required: A genuine love for children and a nurturing attitude. Strong classroom management and ability to maintain discipline with compassion. Excellent communication skills in English (Tamil preferred for better rapport). Creative teaching methods (storytelling, role play, hands-on activities, art, and music integration). Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with each child. Ability to handle children with diverse learning needs.
