Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) invites you to join our team as a leader in the Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) department at our cutting-edge 300mm wafer fab in Dholera, India. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the OPC team and overseeing the model development process. Your duties will include recruiting, training, and coaching team members to foster a high-performance culture. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Technology Development, Design Enablement, and Lithography / Etch teams will be essential in developing OPC models for various technology nodes and tool types. You will work closely with our Technology Transfer partner and contribute to the development of the OPC roadmap. To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Materials Science, or a related field. A Master's or PhD degree is preferred. Previous experience in leading OPC teams across multiple technology nodes is advantageous. A strong understanding of Semiconductor processes, Lithography, and Customer design elements is necessary. Your ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and develop Computational OPC solutions will be key to your success. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the Optical Proximity Correction area. Proficiency in Lithography processes, CAD tools for OPC modeling, and statistical analysis tools like JMP and Anova is desired. You should be innovative, adaptable to change, and possess a drive to win.
