Job Summary: As a Team Leader at Agratas, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of operators within one of the production zones, namely Assembly, Electrode, or Formation, during a designated shift. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, and Delivery (SQD) key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborating with the Maintenance team for planned activities, maintaining compliance with safety and process standards, and leading problem-solving initiatives within the production zone. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee production operations within the assigned zone, which may include Assembly, Electrode, or Formation. - Ensure the smooth operation of zone-specific processes such as Cutting & Stacking, Ultrasonic & Laser Welding (Assembly Zone), Feeding, Mixing, Coating, Calendaring, Slitting (Electrode Zone), and Electrolyte Injection, Soaking, HT Aging, Film Wrapping, EOL Testing (Formation Zone). - Identify and address any abnormalities from previous shifts promptly. - Ensure a successful startup and adherence to basic operational standards. - Collaborate with teams from Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Process Engineering (PE). - Accurately report downtime incidents in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). - Monitor and evaluate zone performance in terms of PPM (Parts Per Million) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). - Provide support to supervisors in conducting root cause analysis and resolving operational issues effectively. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: - Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing setting, such as Lithium-ion cell, Battery Pack, Solar Cell, Paint, or Flexible Packaging. - Demonstrated proficiency in operating and maintaining zone-specific equipment and processes. - Strong capabilities in managing non-conforming products, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and various problem-solving methodologies. - Familiarity with safety protocols, quality standards, and lean manufacturing practices. Qualifications: - Hold a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering to be considered for this role.,
