Role & responsibilities Perform electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing on Lithium-ion cells and battery packs as per national and international standards (e.g., AIS 048, AIS 038, IEC 62133, UL 1642, UL 1973, etc.). Conduct testing such as: Capacity and efficiency tests Charge/discharge cycle tests Short circuit, overcharge, and thermal tests Vibration and mechanical shock tests BMS functionality and communication validation Prepare test samples, fixtures, and setups based on standard operating procedures.
