We are seeking a highly experienced Battery Architect to lead the end-to-end design and development of advanced battery technologies. This is a senior role working directly with the founders, where you’ll shape the company’s technology strategy and make independent decisions that drive long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture of battery systems, including structural, thermal, safety, and BMS aspects.
• Apply first-principles thinking and model-based design to develop innovative solutions.
• Build strong relationships with component suppliers and manufacturers, driving collaborations.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation with a hands-on and analytical approach.
• Mentor engineering teams and contribute to long-term product and organizational growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in battery design, with expertise across structural, thermal, and BMS domains.
• Demonstrated track record of building and scaling Lithium-Ion battery systems.
• Strong industry network with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• An innovative mindset with the ability to go beyond conventional approaches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
