You will also be required to maintain an organized and safe classroom environment, communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, and showcase student work within the school community. The ideal candidate for this role should possess proficiency in lesson planning, effective communication skills with diverse student groups, experience in special education, knowledge of literacy education, familiarity with standardized testing practices in arts education, a background in early childhood education, proofreading skills, understanding of math concepts related to art, experience in education administration, and the ability to teach physical education principles through movement-based art activities.
