Your role will involve promoting professional development opportunities related to CBSE and Cambridge curriculum, continuously improving teaching techniques, adapting to curriculum modifications, fostering parental engagement, advocating for values and ethics, and addressing infrastructural requirements. To excel in this position, you must possess a B.Ed. degree, excellent communication skills, a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, and preferably some experience with the Cambridge curriculum. While being POCSO trained is not mandatory, it would be an added advantage.
