Key Responsibilities Mass Mailing & Campaign Management Design, manage, and execute bulk mailing campaigns using mailing tools/platforms. Create targeted mailing lists and ensure high deliverability, response tracking, and campaign optimization. Marketing Support Assist in executing digital marketing initiatives (email campaigns, newsletters, promotional drives). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across outreach efforts. Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports for management review. Data Extraction & Management Extract, clean, and manage data from various sources (databases, websites, job portals, LinkedIn, etc.). Maintain structured, accurate, and up-to-date databases for marketing and business development purposes. Ensure compliance with data privacy and GDPR guidelines while handling candidate/client data. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in mass mailing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar platforms). Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for managing and analyzing data. Familiarity with web/data scraping and list-building tools. Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign tracking (Google Analytics, UTM tagging, etc.). Strong communication skills with attention to detail. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field. 13 years of experience in email marketing, mass mailing, or data extraction roles.
