We are a Mumbai-based digital performance marketing agency established in 2009, specializing in ROI-driven campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and analytics. We work with fast-scaling D2C brands and B2B clients across India, Dubai, Europe, and the US. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Website Developer (WordPress & Shopify) to join our in-house team and help build, maintain, and optimize websites that convert. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and manage responsive WordPress and Shopify websites for B2B and D2C clients. Use tools like Elementor, WP Bakery, ACF, Liquid to build pixel-perfect, fast-loading, SEO-optimized sites. Conduct regular website audits (daily/weekly/monthly) to manage speed, performance, upgrades, plugin updates, and backups. Implement integrations with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) , payment gateways, email marketing tools, and APIs. Collaborate with the performance marketing and SEO teams to: Add tracking pixels (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Tag). Implement technical and on-page SEO enhancements. Conduct A/B testing and support conversion rate optimization. Interact with clients to understand requirements, present website structures or mockups, and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain documentation and task checklists for development, maintenance, and version control. Required Skills & Tools: CMS & Front-End: WordPress (Elementor Pro, ACF, WP Rocket), Shopify (Liquid, Shopify 2.0) HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP (basic), JSON Plugins & Tools: Yoast SEO / RankMath, WP Rocket, WPML, Gravity Forms, Cloudflare, ShortPixel Shopify CLI, Flow, Shogun, Judge.me, Klaviyo Integration Tools: Zapier, Make (Integromat), webhook integrations, API setups AI & Automation: Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, CodeWP, Durable, Framer, GitHub Copilot Using AI to assist in layout generation, copy, testing, and troubleshooting Project Tools: GitHub, Trello/ClickUp, Figma, Canva, Adobe XD (for UI/UX) Who You Are: You have 3+ years of hands-on experience developing WordPress and Shopify websites. Youre confident working on integrations and plugin customizations. You stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and dev practices . You communicate clearly with clients and teammates. Youre proactive, organized, and can work in a fast-paced marketing environment.
