Role & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced 10+ Years Paint Shop Manager to oversee the paint shop operations in our fan manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the paint shop team, ensuring efficient and high-quality painting processes, and maintaining a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management: Leading a team of Executives, supervisors & painters, including training, performance evaluations & coaching for process improvement. 2. Process Optimization: Implement and maintain efficient painting processes, ensuring high-quality finishes and meeting production targets. 3. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure painted products meet company standards and customer requirements. PDCA on regular Q’ issues & deciding sustainable & effective improvement plan 4. Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company safety policies and regulatory requirements of ISO 45001. 5. Material Management: Manage paint and material inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and minimizing waste. 6. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of paint shop equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime. 7. Cost Control: Monitor and control paint shop consumable items expenses as well as Paint & powder consumption, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effectiveness. 8. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity. 9. Communication: Collaborate with production planning, quality, and other department. 10. Innovations: Implementation of new techniques, automation, motivating for kaizens to achieve future business demands & improving existing practices. Requirements:
