The role of Senior 3D Generalist is a dynamic position that requires you to be a versatile artist capable of overseeing various aspects of the 3D pipeline. You will play a pivotal role in guiding assets through every stage of production, from modeling and rigging to animation, lighting, rendering, and compositing. Working closely with the Director, you will have a significant influence on the final look and feel of the advertisement. Your key responsibilities will span across the entire spectrum of 3D production, including modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering, and compositing. In the realm of modeling and texturing, you will be tasked with creating stylized human-bird characters and a lush jungle environment based on approved concept art. It will be imperative to develop high-quality PBR materials and textures that align with our cinematic, Frozen-inspired aesthetic. Rigging will be a crucial aspect of your role, as you will need to build robust and animator-friendly rigs for the main characters. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating functional facial rigs capable of expressing emotions and lip-sync, as well as custom controls for unique costume elements such as the Peacock's tail and the Macaw's wing-sleeves. Animation will be another key area where you will bring the characters to life with high-quality performances focusing on acting, personality, and body mechanics. From broad comedic dances to swift, precise actions, you will execute key performances that enhance the narrative and engage the audience. In the realm of lighting and rendering, you will act as a digital cinematographer, creating mood, atmosphere, and visual appeal through cinematic lighting styles. You will also set up and manage render passes for compositing, optimizing scenes for quality and efficiency. Lastly, in the compositing and finishing stage, you will assemble multi-pass renders to construct the final image, perform color correction, add atmospheric effects, and ensure shot-to-shot continuity. Your attention to detail and final polish will elevate the visuals to a broadcast-ready, cinematic standard, delivering a compelling advertisement that captivates viewers.,
