Over 20 renowned Global Partners represented in India exclusively for their Machines & Consumables. Having branches in Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad. Job Overview: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Customer Care Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to grow within a thriving organization. Key Responsibilities: · Handle inquiries from distributors, B2B clients, and customers efficiently. · Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. · Manage international client communications and oversee order processing. · Maintain and update feedback, order details, and sales data using MS Excel and sales applications. · Provide clients with necessary information via email in a timely manner. · Forward incoming calls to the appropriate team members for resolution. · Conduct market research to analyse competitor pricing and product trends. · Coordinate with clients regarding pending payments and ensure timely follow-ups. · Address customer queries through phone calls, emails, and chats to provide quick and effective solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline Strong English communication skills Strong expertise in MS Office. (Advance Excel, Google Sheet, PowerPoint) Work Experience: Min 1 year in Calling and client communication.
