As an Infrastructure Management Specialist with 5-8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and secure operation of our internal infrastructure and services. Your responsibilities will include managing company clients to meet their infrastructure needs effectively, overseeing mobile device management for secure mobile configurations, handling the secure gateway for a protected network connection, and managing the web application firewall to safeguard web applications. You will also be responsible for supervising server infrastructure (Windows and Linux) for stability and performance, leading Web Hosting Managers to maintain optimal hosting services, and managing cloud resources in AWS to optimize cloud infrastructure. Additionally, you will establish standards and best practices for network, access rights, desktops, servers, and internal applications, provide support for switches, firewalls, routers, and ensure a secure network environment. Your role will involve implementing policies based on ITIL methodology to enhance support services, collaborating with the team and specialists for a smooth service transition, setting SLA criteria for IT infrastructure availability and performance, and developing resilient solutions to ensure infrastructure availability. You will also be responsible for conducting system administration tasks, including managing networks and system backups, monitoring critical processes and systems proactively, and installing, configuring, and supporting servers and network components. To be successful in this role, you should have a broad ITIL knowledge and experience in Service Management, along with 3 years of appropriate experience supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery. You should have a good understanding of Server & desktop hardware/ operating systems, networks, firewalls, load balancers, and telecoms. Additionally, you should possess in-depth knowledge of Linux/Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking technologies, Google Workspace, Cloud Services (such as AWS), Device Management, Docker, Kubernetes, Loadbalancers, IT security, and Data protection principles.
