As a Network Development Engineer (Subscriber Management) at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on the NextGen connectivity platform across various platforms. Your role will play a key part in shaping the ambitious future of our flagship product. You will collaborate with the Solutions and Development Team to integrate DPI solutions with existing systems and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing DPI solutions for performance, abuse protection, and scalability. Analyzing network traffic data to identify and resolve issues related to user experience impact, abuses, and performance will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be involved in implementing and troubleshooting network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTPS, TLS, DNS, etc., in inspection engine environments. Additionally, you will need to be open to travel as part of your responsibilities. Engaging with clients to test and tailor the system, providing technical support, and troubleshooting for DPI solutions deployed in client environments will be essential components of your role. Conducting training sessions and creating documentation to assist clients in effectively using DPI solutions will also be part of your responsibilities. You should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or Information Technology. Proven experience in designing and implementing DPI solutions with Sandvine, experience in implementing Subscriber Solutions, and a strong background in system engineering and networking are required. Skills in API integration, in-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Linux/UNIX-based systems are essential for this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to write scripts in Python, are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience in Sandvine and/or Allot Solutions, familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, and knowledge in traffic analysis on packet captures.
