As a Senior Linux/ DevOps Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and managing Linux/UNIX servers. Your primary tasks will include monitoring system performance, ensuring system security, conducting routine system administration tasks, and providing technical support and guidance to address system and user issues promptly and professionally. You will collaborate with the IT team to ensure the efficient installation and functioning of Linux-based applications. Your role will also involve monitoring system access and data integrity through advanced security measures, upgrading systems based on business requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders for system downtime. Additionally, you will develop and maintain system recovery procedures and comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems. In this position, you will need to understand customer requirements and project KPIs, implement various development, testing, and automation tools, and IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for planning team structures and activities, engaging in project management activities, managing stakeholders and external interfaces, setting up tools and required infrastructure, and defining development, testing, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations. Your technical expertise will be crucial for reviewing, verifying, and validating software code developed in projects, troubleshooting and fixing code bugs, monitoring processes for adherence, and updating or creating new processes for improvement. You will also focus on automating processes, deploying cybersecurity measures, managing incident responses and root cause analysis, coordinating within the team and with customers, and selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools. Furthermore, you will work towards continuous improvement by building continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipelines (CI/CD Pipeline), mentoring and guiding team members, monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs, and providing periodic progress reports on management and customer projects. Key Skills: - Experience in Linux-based infrastructure - Proficiency in Ruby, Python, Perl, and Java - Configuration and management of databases such as MySQL and Mongo - Strong troubleshooting abilities - Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services including AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI - Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles,
