Required Skills for Linux Engineer:
• 8+ years of Linux administration skills in enterprise environments (Redhat / CentOS /
Rocky Linux)
• Vmware administration experience
• Experience with configuring and managing DNS /DHCP services on Linux
• Shell scripting : Create from scratch as well as manage existing
• Infrastructure Automation using Ansible / Terraform
• Good understanding of TCP/IP concepts
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Availability to work after office hours when needed
Desired Skills for Linux Engineer
• Experience with server hardware management (Cisco UCS, HPe Synergy, HPe DL360 )
• Infrastructure support in Cloud (Azure / GCP)
• Windows Server administration experience
• Active Directory administration experience
• Experience with backup software like Veeam, Cohesity etc
• Experience with Security tools like Qualys, CyberArk, SentinelOne etc
