Handling and responsible for creating, and managing Linux / Windows / Unix operating systems and servers, domain, SSL certificate and complete IT infrastructure. Knowledge in system monitoring and alerting for availability, reliability, and performance. 24*7 Monitoring Experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity and experience with tools and services like Nagios, eG monitoring, Plan, execute,d and test Linux / Windows-based administration activities. Coordinated with customers, responding to help-desk inquiries, and to deal effectively with a broad range of issues. L1 & L2 level issue troubleshooting. Handling server, application backup integration, monitoring, and management. Troubleshoot server, database, network, and application challenges and maintain performance. Work with our product development team to implement and support client offerings. Ready to learn and develop new technology and shell scripting.
