As a Configuration Technician at AHEAD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper application of customer-specific, order-specific, and hardware-specific software by following platform documentation, processes, and production defaults. Your responsibilities will include installing and configuring various operating systems on a wide range of hardware, creating and configuring RAID arrays, flashing custom BIOS and firmware into hardware, installing software images through an internal PXE environment, troubleshooting computer hardware issues, and communicating production problems with various departments.
