As a key member of an agile team, you will be tasked with researching and developing software for telematics devices using cutting-edge technologies such as communication, networking, and positioning. Your responsibilities will include designing, coding, debugging, and enhancing software for new product development, as well as leading efforts to bring products and solutions to market. Key responsibilities include being the product owner for the connectivity domain, defining the scope of Program Increments (PI) and sprints, participating in RFQs and RFIs for new programs, and designing scalable and maintainable automotive-grade Linux applications using C and C++ for embedded platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, perform code reviews, and integrate third-party software with the product portfolio. To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in electrical, communications, computer engineering, or a related field, along with 10 to 11 years of overall experience. Hands-on experience in the Automotive Connectivity domain, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and expertise in networking, sockets, and telephony domains are essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to work with teams across geographies, and proficiency in designing and developing reusable and scalable code are also required.
