We deliver innovative solutions in OTT, AI automation, and enterprise services. We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to maintain seamless IT operations across our offices and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities User & Systems Support Provide on-site technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Set up and manage email accounts, domains, and user access permissions (e.g., Google Workspace/Microsoft 365). Troubleshoot application-related issues , including productivity tools and collaboration platforms. Infrastructure & Cloud Assist with AWS services : basic EC2, S3, IAM, and networking support. Monitor and maintain network connectivity, routers, firewalls, and VPN access . Security & Compliance Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices , including endpoint security and data protection. Maintain and update security policy documents and IT standard operating procedures. Vendor & Asset Management Coordinate with hardware, software, and cloud service vendors for procurement, warranty claims, and escalations. Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and ensure timely renewals of licenses and subscriptions. Collaboration & Knowledge Management Manage SharePoint/OneDrive document libraries , ensuring secure access and version control. Create and maintain clear documentation for IT processes and configurations . Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field . 13 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk or system administration . Good understanding of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux administration . Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and Office 365/Google Workspace administration . Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills. Knowledge of network security fundamentals and IT compliance standards is a plus.
