You'll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and re-engineering operations and processes that could be critical to businesses.P osition SummaryLevel: Senior Consultant or equivalentAs a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutionsWork you'll do:Lead discussions with business and functional analysts to understand requirements and assess integration impacts on business architecture. Prepare technical architecture and design, clarify requirements, and resolve ambiguities. Develop solutions in line with established technical designs, integration standards, and quality processes. Create and enforce technical design and development guides, templates, and standards. Facilitate daily scrum meetings, manage deliverables, and prepare weekly status reports for leadership review. Conduct detailed deliverable reviews and provide technical guidance to team members. Collaborate with onsite clients, coordinators, analysts, and cross-functional teams. Design templates or scripts to automate routine development or operational tasks.
- Understand the complete SOW and?adhere to the responsibilities mentioned in it?
- Review, prepare and lead the teams to deploy/build the?infrastructure?as per requirement??
- Design and implementation of shared responsibility model? On-premise ,?Cloud?
- Adhering to ITSM/ITIL best practices and following Change management procedures?
- Escalation?points?of contact?and Responsible for root cause analysis?
- Work with Architect team for standardization?and optimization?
- Create?and manage?build and release checklists?
- Participate in security audits?
- Participate actively on RFPs, pricing, and other functional requirements?
- Identify?routine,?repetitive,?time-consuming?tasks and?prepare solutions to automate them?
- Design?cost effective,?standardized,?and optimized solutions as?required?
- Identify?the Gaps in process, technology, communication? etc ?and drive to fix it?
- Provide training on new tools/services to the team?and junior resources

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 8? 10 years of hands-on experience in?Red Hat 6/7/8 in Physical, Virtual and Cloud Environment?
- In-depth knowledge and experience?on Red Hat Linux OS, Performance tuning, Multipathing concepts?
- In-depth analysis on troubleshooting and providing RCA on critical issues?
- In-depth knowledge and experience? on Bash Scripting, Ansible Automation?
- Good Knowledge on containerization concepts and tools Docker, Kubernetes?
- In-depth knowledge and experience on?Migration?and In Place Upgrade of?Red Hat?Servers?
- Professional level certification on?Red Hat & any other cloud certification?
- ITIL Foundational or intermediate?level?certification?
- Ability to perform estimation of work?products?and cost analysis?
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools?
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- ?Good Knowledge on cloud platforms and IAC tools?like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation?
- Good Knowledge on DevOps process and tools like Jenkins/Bitbucket/Azure DevOps?
- Experience in risk analysis, cost estimation,?standardization,?optimization?etc.?
- Experience in?participation of?different?types?of audits?
- Experience in both on premises and Cloud technologies?
Education:
- BE/ B.Tech /M.C.A./ M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
