Participation in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance the overall code quality of the team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the deployment and production release of applications are also integral aspects of this role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science. Proven experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer, with a focus on web application development, is required. A strong proficiency in React and ASP.NET Core, along with hands-on experience in migrating legacy "webform" applications to modern web frameworks, is essential. Moreover, the candidate should have at least 7 years of hands-on Full Stack development experience using Microsoft technologies like C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, LINQ, and Entity Framework. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, modern web security methodologies, and non-relational databases, as well as strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude, are highly desirable.
