LinkedIn Specalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s LinkedIn page and employee advocacy efforts.
• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Write, curate, and schedule engaging posts, articles, polls, and company updates.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and LinkedIn algorithm updates to improve content performance.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build meaningful connections.
• Track and report on LinkedIn metrics (impressions, engagement, followers, clicks, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing/design/content teams for creatives and campaigns.
• Optimize company page SEO, profile description, banners, and featured sections.
• Identify and connect with key influencers, industry pages, and relevant groups.
• Support HR and employer branding efforts by promoting culture, hiring posts, and milestones.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing professional LinkedIn pages or campaigns.
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
• Understanding of LinkedIn analytics, tools, and content best practices.
• Creative mindset with a good eye for design and branding (basic Canva skills a plus).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or LinkedIn Scheduler is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
