You have a deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools. Youre a self-starter who constantly tests and iterates. Experience in eCommerce, printing, or B2B lead gen is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development & Execution Design and implement 360 marketing campaigns (online and offline) to support admissions, events and brand initiatives. Deliver at least a 25% year-over-year (YoY) increase in lead generation and a 15% improvement in conversion rates from digital campaigns. Coordinate institution-level promotional events annually, with clear post-event analytics. Digital Marketing & Analytics Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), optimizing cost per lead (CPL) and targeting a minimum ROI of 3:1. Improve organic traffic to the institutional website by 40% within 12 months through SEO and content strategy.
