Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Multilingual (Xiaomi Process)

Job Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon | In-office role

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Weekly Offs

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 In-hand | Fixed pay + Incentives

Languages Required: Marathi / Malayalam / Telugu / Tamil / Kannada (Any one mandatory)

Qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate | Freshers & Experienced both eligible

Nature of Job: Voice Process | Inbound Calls Only

Sales/Target: No Sales | No Targets | Pure Support Process

Roles & Responsibilities: Handle customer queries | Resolve issues | Provide correct information | Maintain call quality | Update system records

Rules & Expectations: Strict adherence to shifts | Attendance discipline mandatory | Professional conduct required | Training attendance compulsory | Policy compliance mandatory

English Requirement: Average English communication is mandatory for every candidate
