To excel in this position, you should have knowledge and experience in Electricity and Power Distribution, proficiency in operating Heavy Equipment, skills in Substation maintenance and repair, a CDL Class A license, good physical condition to work at heights, and the ability to follow safety protocols and procedures. Possessing relevant certifications in electrical work and lineman training would be advantageous.,
