Line Quality Checker – Knits

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform 100% in-line inspection at assigned sewing operations.
• Ensure garment construction matches approved sample, tech pack, and buyer standards.
• Identify and stop defects such as stitching faults, measurements issues, and fabric damage.
• Check measurements during production as per tolerance limits.
• Verify correct attachment of collar, cuff, rib, placket, and trims.
• Prevent defective pieces from moving to the next operation.
• Give immediate corrective feedback to operators and line supervisors.
• Escalate repeated quality issues to QA Supervisor without delay.
• Approve first piece and support proper line setting.
• Maintain in-line quality reports and defect records.
• Monitor defect trends and highlight problem operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality SOPs, 5S, and safety rules.
• Hold or reject production if quality standards are not met.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
