As a Lead Ano Process at Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the Ano process lines. Your responsibilities will include ensuring end-to-end process control and capability improvement across Ano lines while focusing on key performance indicators. Your expertise in surface finishing and anodizing chemistry will drive best practices and continuous improvements. You will lead the process readiness for new product introductions, collaborate on fixture and automation development, define process parameters, conduct trials and line qualifications, troubleshoot technical issues, and promote cross-functional collaboration. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing technical competencies among the engineering and supervisory teams. To excel in this role, you must possess technical proficiency in anodizing, surface finishing, and electroplating technologies, exhibit agile project management skills, demonstrate data-driven root-cause analysis capabilities, and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers. A degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred along with 12 to 16 years of relevant experience.
