Line Inspector - Assembly Line

The Line Inspector in the Assembly Line department at OK Play India Ltd plays a crucial role in maintaining quality standards and ensuring product integrity. As a detail-oriented professional, you will be responsible for conducting inspections at various stages of the assembly process. Your primary focus will be to detect defects, verify proper assembly methods, and collaborate with production teams to address any issues promptly. Your key responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections throughout the assembly process, verifying correct assembly of components, identifying defects such as missing parts or imperfections, and ensuring the functionality of moving parts. It will be essential to maintain accurate inspection reports, follow standard operating procedures, and tag defective items with appropriate reason codes. In addition, you will be required to ensure the inclusion of all accessories as per the packing list, maintain packaging quality, and coordinate with production and packing teams to implement corrective actions. Any recurring quality issues should be escalated to the Quality Manager for resolution. Maintaining a clean and safe inspection and assembly area, along with strict adherence to safety guidelines and PPE requirements, is paramount in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum education level of 10th Pass, ITI, or Diploma, along with at least 12 years of experience in assembly line inspection, preferably in industries such as toys, plastic products, or consumer goods.
