Key Responsibilities: Knowledge of paint shop powder coating and liquid coating PU paint in process. Control and manage the painting line production process. Supervision and manage manpower and production plan. Implement improvements and maintain production data. Control shift management and reject management. Achieve daily production plan and create new ideas to improve the whole process. Supervision the whole process independently and work with minimal supervision. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience as a Senior Engineer in the electronic and automobile industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
