You will be responsible for the design and development of HVAC system parts for ICE according to the program schedule. Your role will also include layouting HVAC system related parts for the cabin room and engine room. You will need to have a solid understanding of specifications, testing, and evaluation of HVAC system parts, along with vehicle level integration and evaluation as per the program schedule. In this position, you will be required to monitor costs and weights at both the part and sub-system levels. Additionally, you will need to plan countermeasures based on design and quality reviews, line feedback, and testing. Collaboration with business partners for part development will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will be analyzing quality issues arising from production and the market, and initiating necessary countermeasures. Your technical skills should include experience in designing or developing HVAC system parts, conducting heat load and thermal load calculations, and hands-on experience in 3D modeling and 2D drawing. Understanding manufacturing processes, costing functions, and testing at both part and vehicle levels is crucial for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems design and development with automotive OEMs and proficiency in CAD modeling software, preferably Unigraphics.,
