You should have expertise in UK LIMS/LIS platforms, digital pathology PACS, and strong knowledge of UK healthcare regulations. Relevant certifications like PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent are preferred. Key competencies required for this role include a solution architect mindset, advanced problem-solving skills, exceptional communication skills, and collaborative leadership style.
