As part of our residential solar team, you will be responsible for generating leads, educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door outreach, local events, and digital inquiries. Handle objections professionally and guide customers through the decision-making process. Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Educate homeowners on policy, rebates, and incentives related to solar adoption. Qualifications: Minimum 1 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in solar, real estate, or home improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Basic understanding of solar technology is a plus (training provided). Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including weekends.
