Your primary responsibility will be to offer technical support to the sales team, assisting with tasks such as processing price quotes and preparing technical and design solutions. Continuing your journey with us as a Technician, you will take on more significant responsibilities from 3 to 6 months into your tenure. In this phase, you will be in charge of providing comprehensive technical support to the implementation team. Working extensively with AutoCAD and Revit, you will be involved in designing technical solutions. Progressing further to the role of Senior Technician from 7 to 9 months, you will specialize even more in the technical domain, assuming additional responsibilities commensurate with your seniority. At this stage, you will play a pivotal role in the technical aspects of our operations, contributing significantly to our projects. The remuneration for this position ranges from 80,000 to 90,000 Rupees per month, reflecting the increased level of expertise and experience required. Transitioning to the Business Professional track, you will start as a Junior Sales Manager from 3 to 6 months into your journey. Your primary focus will be to shadow the senior business manager in the sales domain, particularly in our main segment encompassing convertible, mobile, and interactive partitions. Engaging with architects, investors, and general construction contractors, you will undertake tasks such as cold calling, scheduling meetings, preparing contracts, and managing price quotes and calculations. Advancing to the role of Area Sales Manager from 7 to 9 months, you will evolve into a senior and independent sales professional, displaying a goal-oriented approach and a knack for fostering and nurturing relationships with new customers. This phase will empower you to take charge of sales operations independently and contribute significantly to our business growth.
