Role Responsibilities Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field Experience: minimum 4 years in Li-ion battery system design, with a focus on thermal management. Proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks, Catia latest versions for battery design. Battery Technology: In-depth knowledge of Li-ion batteries, chemistry, and safety and their detailed characteristics. Thermal Management: Strong understanding of thermal control in battery systems. Component Selection: Ability to select appropriate components and materials. Safety Compliance: Familiarity with battery safety and regulatory standards. Process monitoring activities from design stage to final product. Required Experience on EV 2W, L3 and L5 segments battery design knowledge. Very good knowledge and experience handling the regulatory requirements for batteries like AIS 156 Basic knowledge on any one major CAD and SolidWorks, Catia. Creating of Engineering BOM and perform DFMEA of components & systems. Experience in Tooling concepts of battery components.
