Key Responsibilities 1. Leads Tracking • Keeping Track of enquiries that Lights Library receives on daily basis. Ensuring effective sales process execution to close enquiries. 2. Active closing • Ensure leads are being dealt with properly and priorities sales closing on a daily basis. 3. Showroom Updates • Ensure the showroom is updated with latest products, pricing, and display standards. • Work closely with the showroom team to maintain product knowledge and sales readiness. • Monitor footfall, lead conversion, and overall showroom performance. 4. Self Sales • Independently generate leads and close sales. • Manage personal sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. • Conduct presentations, product demos, and client meetings on your own. 5. Appointments & Scheduling • Plan and schedule client meetings, follow-ups, and showroom visits. • Maintain an organised calendar and ensure timely communication with customers. • Ensure seamless coordination between showroom, factory, and clients.
