As an Electrical Engineer for projects, your main responsibility will be to plan and conduct work as part of a team while applying good engineering practices and techniques. You will be involved in preparing or modifying drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports. Your role will also include assisting the project team in managing the design, engineering, procurement, and contractors for ongoing projects. It will be essential to monitor work for compliance with applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and client standards. To excel in this position, you should have experience in process design, a working knowledge of the relevant industry, a good understanding of various unit operations, and exposure to the project environment. As a Project Engineer, you will contribute to various stages of the project and will have overall responsibility for design, documentation, installation, and commissioning. Your roles and responsibilities will involve conceptual design, electrical system design including various components such as MV/LV Panels, Relays testing, Distribution Board, Capacitor Bank, Transformer, Cables, Busducts, Generator, Auto Synchronization panels, Lightning protector, and Earthing System. You will be responsible for tasks such as preparation of feeder lists and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), cable sizing, routing, and termination, as well as selection of electrical components and systems. Additionally, you will prepare equipment specifications, data sheets, bid evaluations, User Requirement Specifications (URS), supervise onsite installations, manage subcontractors, conduct quality checks, and assist project managers in completing relevant project tasks. The ideal candidate for this position is an Electrical Engineering graduate or Diploma holder with 6-8 years of experience in the required industry and excellent communication skills. Alternatively, candidates with practical knowledge and significant working experience in the relevant industry, along with good communication skills, will also be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in process design, a working knowledge of the beverage and healthcare industry, and a good understanding of project management. Proficiency in working with tools such as MS Project and AutoCAD, as well as an understanding of project management techniques and procedures, will be beneficial. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary range of 65000-80000 per month, which includes benefits such as Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule.
