The ideal candidate should have a good balance of design creativity and execution knowledge. Key Responsibilities:1. Design & Space Planning Understand client requirements and develop detailed layout plans. Create 2D/3D visualizations, mood boards, and concept presentations. Plan spatial arrangements to maximize utility and aesthetics. 2. False Ceiling Design (Gypsum, Grid, POP, Stretch Ceilings, etc.) Design aesthetic and functional false ceiling layouts for residential and commercial spaces. Incorporate lighting elements (LED strips, spotlights, chandeliers, cove lighting) into the ceiling design. Prepare working drawings with levels, material specifications, and lighting cutouts. Coordinate with vendors and contractors during ceiling framework and installation. Ensure structural safety and MEP integration above ceiling level. 3. Looping Wall Design (Feature Walls, Paneling, Cladding, Textures, etc.) Conceptualize and design looping walls for living rooms, lobbies, reception areas, etc. Suggest materials like MDF, veneer, CNC panels, PU paint, fabric, fluting panels, and metal accents. Create elevation drawings and sectional views to detail wall treatments. Ensure proper electrical and lighting integration within feature walls (e.g., TV units, niches, backlighting). Supervise quality finishes, detailing, and joinery work during execution. 4. Electrical and Lighting Layout Design Create detailed electrical layouts including switchboards, sockets, lighting, AC points, and automation (if applicable). Design lighting plans based on ambiance, tasks, and energy efficiency. Coordinate with MEP consultants and site electricians for execution. Ensure safety compliance and avoid conflicts with false ceiling or modular elements. Propose lighting control systems (smart home integration, dimmers, motion sensors) where required. 5.
