Key Responsibilities Conduct remote energy audits using client-provided utility and equipment data Create energy models and savings projections for proposed ECMs Support M&V (Measurement & Verification) and post-implementation performance reporting Prepare detailed audit reports, dashboards, and client deliverables in line with US standards Collaborate with US-based project managers, design engineers, and compliance teams Ensure accuracy and clarity in modeling assumptions, documentation, and savings estimates Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s in Energy, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering , or a related field 3–6 years of experience in energy modeling, auditing, or ECM performance analysis Strong skills in Excel-based energy analysis , and tools like RETScreen, HOMER, or EnergyPlus Familiarity with ASHRAE standards, IPMVP M&V protocols , and/or ECM technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with US counterparts Comfortable working in a remote and cross-time zone environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with US energy projects (public schools, municipal buildings, commercial facilities) Exposure to US energy code compliance (ASHRAE 90.1, NEC, IECC) Certification such as BEE Energy Auditor , CMVP , or LEED/IGBC accreditation
