Requirements: 25 years of experience in pixel LED or stage/event lighting setups. Familiar with RGB LED strips, DMX/Artnet protocols, and LED controllers. Basic electrical knowledge and experience with power tools. Ability to read wiring diagrams and layout schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours and on weekends as needed. Good communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
