Job Title: Lighthouse ERP / Oracle ERP Analyst (DBA Support)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lighthouse ERP professional to manage and support a 24×7 Oracle-based ERP and CRM environment. The role focuses on database administration, ERP operations, user support, and real-time MIS reporting to ensure smooth business and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Lighthouse ERP and Oracle PL/SQL databases.
• Ensure high availability, backup, recovery, and security of ERP servers.
• Provide end-user and functional support; coordinate between departments and management.
• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle, D2K, Windows Servers, IIS, and Active Directory.
• Generate real-time MIS and management reports.
• Manage system security, antivirus, patches, and remote user access via Citrix.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Tech/Diploma with Oracle PL/SQL DBA certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Oracle/Lighthouse ERP environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and analytical skills.
