Position Summary: As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, introducing them to our luxury lighting solutions, addressing inquiries, generating leads, and supporting our sales team in achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain our products and services clearly and persuasively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Schedule meetings for the sales team and pass on qualified leads. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns efficiently. Maintain accurate records of conversations and update customer databases. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or a related role. Fluent communication in English (mandatory), Hindi, Bengali, and Nepali. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Customer-centric attitude and a confident, friendly personality. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems) is a plus.
