Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Lift/Elevator Technician to install, maintain, and repair elevator systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The technician should be capable of troubleshooting electrical/mechanical faults and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Install, inspect, service, and repair elevators, escalators, and moving walkways Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in elevator systems Replace worn or defective parts, such as cables, pulleys, and control systems Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and calibration of lift systems Respond promptly to emergency repair calls or breakdowns Keep accurate service records and maintenance logs Adhere to industry safety standards and building codes (IS/EN standards) Coordinate with contractors, clients, and safety inspectors as needed Provide basic operational training to end users (if required)
