You will be part of the HV Services team at Hitachi Vantara in Hyderabad, India, where you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing data infrastructure for various clients. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and make a real-world impact with data. Your responsibilities will include: - Having 8+ years of hands-on experience working on NetApp CDOT and possessing knowledge of HNAS or hands-on experience in HNAS would be an added advantage. - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the NetApp C Mode and familiarity with NetApp Active IQ Manager, OCUM, On Command System manager, and CLI commands. - Configuring and managing SVM/Volume based replication, cluster configuration, setting up LIFs, cluster interconnect, and other tasks as per Industry Best practices. - Implementing Storage Efficiency, Storage QOS, Performance Analysis, Troubleshooting, and Problem Determination using NetApp tools. - Planning and executing verification/validation for required patches/microcode upgrades. - Configuring and managing NetApp Cluster Aggregates, Volumes, Qtrees, Snapshots, SVMs, SMB/CIFS shares, NFS exports, and dual protocol shares. - Migrating Data from any storage Array to NetApp C Mode Storage Array and allocating block storage to NetApp CDOT filer. - Working on mounting shares on Unix Windows based systems and troubleshooting. - Configuring SAN Switches, adding new switches to an existing fabric, Merging switch fabrics, Trunking, Switch Migrations, etc. - Collaborating with multiple vendors to resolve complex technical problems and performing Root Cause Analysis on storage issues. - Assisting team members, mentoring BAU support teams, and working as an Individual Contributor. - Translating business requirements into technology solutions and implementing Best Practices.
