We are searching for an energetic, creative, and execution-focused individual to join us as a Community Experience Curator for our restaurants Lucky Chan and Fifty50 at Brookfield Ecoworld, Bellandur. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a vibrant hub of fun, connection, and unforgettable experiences for the tech park community. Your responsibilities will include curating and executing a diverse calendar of engaging community experiences, ranging from singles mixers and founders nights to sushi rolling & cocktail masterclasses, Zumba + cocktail networking sessions, karaoke nights, and more. You will collaborate closely with the Founder and the restaurant team to ensure that the experiences align with the brand identity. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling all event logistics from concept to execution, ensuring great turnout, high engagement, and smooth operations. Coordination with sponsors, vendors, hosts, artists, and collaborators will also be a key aspect of the role. It is important to note that this position requires a hands-on approach during events and a willingness to work evenings and weekends when events take place. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in community engagement, events, or lifestyle programming, with hospitality or F&B experience being a significant advantage. Strong organizational skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for curating fun, energetic experiences for diverse audiences are essential. Being based in or near Bellandur is necessary as you will need to be on-site frequently. A self-starter attitude, the ability to execute under pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will contribute to success in this role.
