Position: Real Estate Sales Associate Location: Pune (West Pune Focus) Company: Lifestyle Estates Experience: Minimum 2 years (Real Estate / On-field Sales) About Lifestyle Estates At Lifestyle Estates, we specialize in marketing and selling luxury residential properties in Pune’s most sought-after locations—Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, Pashan, and nearby premium neighborhoods. Our brand is known for a client-first, professional approach and for creating engaging digital content to showcase high-end real estate. With over 22,000 followers on Instagram, we’ve built a strong presence and reputation in the premium housing segment. What We’re Looking For: We're hiring a Sales Associate who can help us take our client servicing and deal closures to the next level. If you’ve got experience in real estate or any on-field, target-based role, and are passionate about meeting new people, understanding their requirements, and helping them find the right property—this is for you. Key Responsibilities: Attend and follow up with client leads generated through digital platforms (mostly Instagram) Conduct property visits and walkthroughs with potential buyers Coordinate with developers, homeowners, and team members for seamless site visits Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties Maintain client relationships and follow-ups to aid in conversion Share daily updates and feedback with the core team Be proactive in learning about new launches, pricing trends, and Pune’s premium property market What You Need: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or field sales (automobiles, banking, insurance, retail, etc.) Strong communication and client handling skills A self-driven and disciplined work ethic Own vehicle and smartphone Familiarity with West Pune geography is a plus Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred What You’ll Gain: Opportunity to work in Pune’s most premium real estate market Mentorship from an experienced and reputed real estate consultant Learn how to leverage social media and content-driven strategies for sales Performance-based incentives – the more you work, the more you earn Flexible work culture with a focus on accountability and results Compensation: Base Retainer + Lucrative Incentives (Earn ₹50,000 to ₹1.5L/month or more based on performance.
