This position requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong desire to help others succeed.Roles and Responsibilities: - Counsel students on academic programs and career paths aligned with their interests and qualifications. - Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and walk-ins, providing timely and accurate information. - Follow up with student leads and ensure conversions through effective engagement and rapport-building. - Understand student profiles to suggest the most suitable courses or institutions. - Maintain proper documentation of student records and communication logs. - Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets. - Coordinate with internal teams to stay updated on course offerings, admissions, and marketing campaigns.
